To book an appointment, you must present a valid medical prescription at the time services are provided. A valid government-issued photo ID is also required. Without a prescription or valid ID, we cannot accommodate you. Ensure that the information entered in the appointment booking module matches exactly the information on the medical prescription. Any incomplete or incorrect information may prevent the provision of the requested services.

The final price will be confirmed at the time of the appointment. We cannot be held responsible for any price changes. Any price displayed on the Site is approximate and subject to change at any time without notice. Full payment of the price confirmed at the appointment is required at that time.

8. Sleep Test Results

The results of your tests conducted by Côté Santé are made available to you after logging in with your username and password. They represent raw data and do not constitute any medical opinion, advice, or diagnosis. Only a qualified healthcare professional is authorized to interpret these results, taking into account your clinical information and other specific factors. It is therefore important not to draw conclusions based solely on these results.

9. Important Warnings
a) Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, do not use the Site and contact a doctor, a qualified healthcare professional, or immediately dial 911. Never attempt to self-treat based on information found on the Site.

b) Absence of Medical Advice

All matters relating to access to and use of the Site and its content are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Québec and Canada, regardless of conflict of law principles. Any dispute related to the Site and its use shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the judicial district of Gatineau, Québec.

15. Cancellation or Termination

Côté Santé reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or revoke your access to the Site, or any part thereof, at any time and without notice. In the event of revocation, you are no longer authorized to access the Site or the affected portion. The restrictions on material downloaded from the Site, as well as the disclaimers and limitations of liability contained herein, remain in effect after such revocation.
